Build the future with precision.

Imperia works with a select group of founders, funders, and conveners around the globe — those on the bleeding edge. We engage in strategic partnership through bespoke diagnostics, advisory, and global dialogue.

Over the past decade, Imperia has worked across 21 countries delivering diagnostics, founder interventions, and strategic insight for global conveners including UN Women and Harvard. We’ve built founder programming with innovation hubs from Scotland to South Asia, and advised ecosystem leaders from Latin America to the Middle East.

This lived experience shapes everything we do. See our current offerings below, along with case studies.

Our offerings for 2025:

FOR FOUNDERS & BIG THINKERS

NEW: Your Intelligence Blueprint

Our new diagnostic is not a program: It’s a precision tool for your entire body of work. It surfaces the internal architecture behind your leadership, content, decisions — then co-develops a playbook and roadmap aligned to your long-term goals.

If you are a thought leader crafting your long-term and/or legacy projects, we have everything you need.

FOR CONFERENCES & GLOBAL EVENTS

CASE STUDIES

OPPORTUNITY NORTH EAST: UNITED KINGDOM

In-person cohort across 5 accelerators

In summer 2022, we created an in-person summer cohort with 15 women founders across 4 of Opportunity North East’s accelerators in Aberdeen, UK: Digital Tech, Energy, Agriculture, and Life Sciences. The cohort was run via a series of intensive full-day workshops over 3 months.

HIGHLIGHTS

IMPERIA COHORT 1: GLOBAL

Virtual cohort across 16 countries

Our first global cohort was announced at the United Nations in 2019, and comprised 28 women from 16 countries on 5 continents. Applicants were asked if they had an idea that could impact at least 100 people, and the entire cohort was conducted virtually over the course of a year. The U.S. Department of State then asked our participants from the South Asia region to provide insights on entrepreneurial development that could help to frame U.S. policy.
