Our methodology is rooted in a deep understanding of women founders, and a desire to build a world that works for them.
THE PROBLEM

Women founders face a dual challenge: navigating the external pressures of building and scaling, and the internal patterns shaped by social conditioning, doubt, and expectation.
Governments and global efforts speak of inclusion, but the infrastructure to support women at the helm remains incomplete.
A seat at the table isn’t enough — the table was never built for women.
OUR APPROACH

Imperia’s methodology is rooted in lived experience, strategic inquiry, and global fieldwork with women founders across 21 countries. It is currently in refinement as part of a long-term research arc into global entrepreneurial ecosystems.
Each engagement we have — whether diagnostic or strategic — is designed to surface what’s present for women founders, what’s in the way, and what needs to be restructured. We meet each founder exactly where she is, and begin from there.
THE RESULTS
When a founder encounters this work, the change is subtle — and seismic. She walks away with:
- Clarity on who she is, and what she is creating
- How to advocate for herself and create a community of critical support
- How to become her own sustainable source of empowerment
- Greater capacity to lead through ambiguity and pressure
- An internal shift that makes external strategy sustainable
