INTERNSHIPS: WORK AND LEARN WITH US

Thank you so much in your interest in our internships. We are no longer accepting applications at this time, but please do sign up for our announcements if you’d like to learn about other opportunities that arise.

IMPERIA™ is a global innovation incubator for women changing the world. We completed our pilot cohort in 2020 with 28 women from 17 countries on 5 continents. Our goal is to have participants from 195 countries and all 7 continents by 2030.

Our mission is to fill the gap that exists between incubators and women’s leadership development programs — on a global scale. This carefully curated community of women comprises game-changing initiatives in social impact, both for- and non-profit. Our curriculum builds resilience and confidence from the inside out, where a woman becomes her own source of empowerment — her own personal sun. The program is based on founder Jennifer Iannolo’s theory of Self-Directed Empowerment™.

Because we are focused on creating the kind of magic that occurs in a highly diverse group of high-potential women creating change, it is important for us to ensure we have that same dynamic on our internal team, our board, and our guest experts. We are actively anti-racist, and are deliberately, mindfully creating an inclusive space for women in the world.

As we move into the next phase of our development, we are seeking paid interns to assist us in building out particular pieces of the organization. This is an opportunity to work directly with our founder and take an active part in creating global change.

Work will be done remotely, and on your schedule provided it coincides with our timelines. We will create this in partnership with you.

Compensation & Training:

Hourly rate to be discussed relative to location (we have international applicants). Time commitment is approximately 5 hours per week.

If you are seeking an internship for school credit instead, we’d be happy to discuss that as an alternative. We are also open to discussing the length of the internship, as our marketing is ongoing.

In addition, we are extremely committed to this internship being a fulfilling experience where you are developed as a future leader, and where you can leverage your natural talents. You will be at the epicenter of crafting a very important program for women around the world, and we want you to experience being a part of that. Your growth and development is as important to us as that of the women in our program. Give us your best, and we’ll give you ours. We look forward to meeting you.
