Fair Work Statement – April 1, 2024
Imperia Global LTD is committed to advancing the principles of fairness and equality in our working practices and treatment of employees and suppliers. We are further committed to advancing the Scottish Government’s Fair Work First criteria, specifically:
Appropriate channels for employee voice
- We create a safe environment for dialogue, development, and challenge. For each member of our team, whether staff or contract, we create specific development paths with clear KPIs (Key Performance Indicators), weekly staff meetings, and regular feedback.
Investment in workforce development
- We support learning and development throughout the organisation to create a culture of continuous improvement and personal development, where a standard of excellence is the baseline. This includes sponsored education for specialty knowledge, and training for all staff in our guiding principles and curriculum.
No inappropriate use of zero-hours contracts and no fire and hire
- Imperia Global LTD does not and will not use either of the above practices.
Action to tackle the gender pay gap and create a more diverse and inclusive workplace
- Imperia Global LTD is rooted in a mission to close the equity and funding gap for women founders. As a result, this commitment extends to every aspect of our company around the globe, from fair wage practices to ensuring diversity and equality of opportunity in all aspects of our business practices and activities. We believe that this is fundamental to the development of an inclusive working and learning environment in which all employees and learners can fulfill their potential.
Payment of the Real Living Wage
- Imperia Global LTD pays the Real Living Wage, and this requirement extends to our subcontractors and suppliers.
